Construction supervision forms the backbone of a smooth, quality-assured project workflow. In the road traffic division, we carry out specialist supervision of all construction works, such as road construction, bridge construction, footpath and cycle path upgrades, junction modifications and traffic-calming infrastructure measures. Our construction supervision ensures that all works are carried out in accordance with the recognised rules of technology, the applicable standards (e.g. ZTV, TL, STLK) and the contractually agreed quality and time requirements. We monitor proper execution, coordinate interfaces, document construction progress and act as the point of contact for clients, authorities and construction firms.

We offer comprehensive planning services for traffic projects in urban and out-of-town settings, from concept development through to construction-ready design. Our services are rendered in accordance with the Fee Scale for Architects and Engineers (HOAI) and encompass:

• Design planning (e.g. alignment, cross-section optimisation, access)
• Permit planning (incl. traffic law coordination and environmental assessment)
• Detailed planning (incl. structural design and bills of quantities)

In doing so, we consider not only technical and legal constraints, but also urban-development and aesthetic requirements as well as environmental and noise-protection aspects. The goal is always an economical, sustainable and road-safe solution.
